For this level, we use essential oils that bring harmony to the Kidney Water meridian. This level is important because when the Kidney meridian is overworked or depleted, the psycho-emotional aspects of the Kidney meridian is affected. The primary emotion of the Kidneys is fear, especially the ambiguous fear that can never be fully defined. Kidney fear is related to an internal and indefinable insufficiency that prevents a person from ever manifesting their potential externally. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the kidney meridian controls the bones and spine. If your posture has been affected by stress or insecurities, this blend will help to align the body's physical structure and alleviate and repair spinal pain and injury.  The second level harmonizes the Liver meridian. Fear manifests through the Liver meridian as a person's inability to confront specific external situations.
