At Royal Alchemy, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 21 days of the date your order was delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The return request must be made within 21 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
Bottles must remain sealed and unopened.
Products that have been opened, used, or altered are not eligible for a return.
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund.
Approved returns will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the returned product(s). Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and the product(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with the instructions needed to complete your return.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you with resolving the issue.
